I was pleasantly surprised when I received my Sushi Kit. The mat is of good quality. The spoon will work well for making sushi rice and it even comes with a little pamphlet with some basic instructions for making sushi. The pamphlet although small had some great tips and pointers that my other sushi books have failed to mentioned. For the price this is a great deal!

This kit is very economical and will help you get started making your own sushi/maki's. However, if decide to make sushi more regularly, you'll want to invest in a higher quality rolling mat and tools which are available at many Asian grocery stores.
